New skincare launches

United States

Most launch coverage tells you what an editor liked. We record what a product actually is: the day it goes on sale in the US, what it costs, how much is in the bottle, what that works out to per fluid ounce, and which retailers carry it.

What we record for every launch

  • Release date in the US, separated into online and in-store where they differ.
  • Price and size as listed by the brand, plus the price per fluid ounce so two products of different sizes can be compared.
  • Refill availability, because a refill often changes the real cost of staying with a product.
  • Where to buy, listing the retailers we confirmed ourselves.
  • For sunscreens, the SPF, the full active filter list, and whether the filters are listed in the FDA over-the-counter sunscreen monograph.
  • The date we checked and the source for each figure.

How we work

We read the brand's own product page and the retailer's own listing, and we write down what is printed there. We do not estimate a price we could not find, and we do not describe a product we could not confirm is on sale. Where a figure could not be confirmed, the page says so instead of filling the gap.

We do not make claims about what a product will do to your skin. Prices, sizes, and dates change; every page carries the date it was last checked so you can judge how current it is. Read more about our approach on the about page.

First launch pages are in progress

We are working through the current wave of US releases, starting with the sunscreens built on the filter the FDA added to the over-the-counter monograph in June 2026. Pages will appear here as each one is confirmed.
